We start by getting clear on what you're trying to build — in your own training and your coaching.

2. Video Feedback — Execution Support

You send through short videos from your own training or client sessions — and I review them so that during our call I can provide direct, specific feedback on technique, decisions, and alternatives.
You don’t have to match your schedule to mine. Train when it suits you.

Got a question about exercise mechanics or a client you’re stuck with? Send them through whenever they come to mind and we'll have them reviewed as top of the agenda on the next call.

3. Weekly Check-ins & Strategic Calls — Thinking Time

We’ll get on 3 private calls per month to work through your approach to designing and manipulating exercise.
This isn’t surface-level programming chat. I’ll challenge how you’re thinking — so you keep pressure-testing your processes and protocols.

You’ve got complex gut or hormonal issues. If you're currently eating sufficient protein and have a balanced, nutritious diet, are sleeping 8 hours a day, training like a warrior and things are still a mess... then you need someone to put your nutrition right first. I am NOT the man for that.

You want to make godly gains in the next 12 weeks. I don't do transformations, and I don't know a single thing about PEDs so don't expect muscle to magically materialise. You could argue you'll get more mental gains from this than physical.

In-Person Coaching with me (When I'm in Town)

Occasionally, I offer private in-person sessions for coaches and lifters when I’m in their city.
These aren’t workouts. These are thinking-and-feeling-through-movement sessions: hands-on coaching for movement clarity, exercise efficiency, and coaching confidence.

  • Standard rate: £230 (60 mins)

  • Member rate: £180 (for active mentees)

  • 1:2 semi-private session: £300 total
